After a LOT of confusion about when we could actually start carrying out treatments again, it’s now been confirmed that we can open a day earlier than expected, YAY!!! 
So, we’ll be taking bookings for Wednesday 2nd December onwards.

We’re very pleased… And so is she.
This is after a course of four metabolic peels, LED therapy, and supporting homecare regime (including Retinol and AHA cleansers).
A lot of the credit goes to the client herself – she wanted results and followed our advice carefully.

We are once again able to perform all treatments, albeit with some additional precautions due to COVID-19
You may have seen from the internet that we were given a date to re-open of Monday 13th July. Unfortunately, this date was just too last minute to get everything sorted at the clinic, not least because good quality PPE is like gold dust at the moment, and as most of you know we donated all of our supplies to the NHS at the start of Lockdown.
We are also hoping that by that date we will be able to carry out facial treatments. Currently, we have a farcical situation where you can have a skin tag removed from your collar bone area, but you can’t have your chin waxed!! There has been a LOT of media coverage about this, so hopefully by the 28th July there will be more clarity over this.
At the moment the situation is this:
This is obviously very irritating for us. As you all know, we have always been a bespoke, appointment only service, and because of the number of sterile procedures that we do, we only need a couple of tweaks to our procedures to comply with the government guidelines (e.g. we will now be going paperless!).
So, we will be back on the 28th July, when hopefully we may be able to restart our clinical skincare programmes again, in full.
This morning’s Covid-19 update suggests that “close contact services” will be allowed again from 1st August!!!
This covers things like plasma, peels, microneedling, electrogalvanic treatments, and traditional facials, as well as blemish removal in the facial area.
So the Prosecco is still on ice, while we wait for the written government announcement, hopefully released later today.
We will be opening up the online booking service a bit closer to the time, so for the moment please message/text us and we’ll get a convenient slot for you sorted.
In the meantime, we’d like to take this opportunity to say a massive THANK YOU to all of you that have sent messages of support over these seemingly endless months. It’s been tough, but it’s really helped to hear your lovely words.

In light of the increasing uncertainty surrounding the corona virus outbreak, we have very sadly decided to pause offering treatments until further notice.
Whilst not being directly subject to the official government guidance to close, we feel that, given the escalating spread of the virus, we can no longer be assured that we can guarantee your safety.
We’re devastated to have to do this, and we know some of you will be disappointed, but please remember this is our livelihood, we have not made this decision lightly. We feel it is morally the right thing to do to protect you all and the wider community.
Please be assured that we will extend the validity period of all existing gift vouchers, and will be contacting all of you with appointments booked for the coming weeks, to reschedule. Please ignore any system-generated appointment reminders.
Please also don’t be concerned if you are undergoing a course of advanced skincare treatment – we will contact you to offer support and guidance so that your progress is not diminished.
Finally, we would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our lovely clients for your unstinting support. Be assured that this is a temporary blip, life is scary right now and for most of us unprecedented, but if we pull together, we will come out stronger. Since we posted the below last year, we’ve continued, after due research, to add to our range of peels.
We worked out the options today and realized that our range now contains over 35 distinct types, strengths, and combinations of chemical peel.
It means that we’re probably going to be able to select the right one for your skin…
We have been exploring additional types of chemical peel, and have now settled on some strong additions to our range.
This will massively increase the effectiveness with which we can treat a whole range of skin conditions.
More decisions!… Salicylic or Mandelic acid? What about Glycolic? AHA or BHA? CHA? (is that even a thing?)
Stop. You won’t find a whole new set of options in the services menu. We’ve seen those elsewhere; they either give you technical choices which you shouldn’t have to make yourself, or worse let you pick from a list of fluffy names.
There’s a reason we did all that training. To help you to make the right choices.
