Booking and Cancellations


We accept bookings via our Booking Form or by telephone.

In either case we require your name and a contact number. If you also give us your email address, we will use it to send you a reminder and any details of the treatment you might need to be aware of.

We reserve the right to refuse bookings or treatment.

If unforeseen circumstances make it impossible to honour a booking we will inform you as soon as possible and work with you to secure the earliest viable alternative appointment. Alternatively we would refund the booking fee to your card.

Booking fee

A non-refundable 30% booking fee is required. This will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.

Booking fees are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.

Changes to appointments

If you change your appointment with more than 48 hours notice, the booking fee you have already paid will be applied against the new appointment.

Cancellation & No-Show

Cancellations less than 48 hours from the booked time of your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee.

Repeated Rescheduling, Cancellation, or No-Show

We understand that the unpredictable happens, but please understand that this costs us money and blocks off time which cannot be booked by other clients. In these circumstances we reserve the right to request full payment in advance rather than a percentage to retain the booking.
