Why? To thank you for taking a risk.
It is always a risk when you recommend a company to a friend. What if they have a bad experience? We’d like to think that you know that we will do our very best to not disappoint them.
Still… when you recommend us you are, in a sense, sticking your neck out and trusting us to live up to expectations.
As a way of saying “thank you” for introducing us we’re formalising a system to reward you.
The details:
It is very simple:
We’ll give you 15% off your next treatment for each friend who purchases for the first time.
Just make you let us know about it before you pay. If you forget, we’ll sort it out — but our paperwork will be a real headache!
The fine print:
- Can’t be combined with other offers.
- Applies when you and your friend each spend £50 or more.
- One discount per treatment – so if you refer three friends, then your next three treatments can be at 15% off (rather than 45% off of one).
- Applies to single sessions. If applied to a course of treatments, we’ll take the full discount off of the first treatment.
- Your discount becomes available when they pay for their treatment
- The booking system has no clue about how to handle this, So we’ll sort it out in person at the till.
