Shipping & Returns


Standard Shipping will be by Royal Mail 1st class or Royal Mail 1st Class (signed for) — you can choose either of these options when ordering

Free Shipping over £50

Orders over £50 to UK addresses are eligible for free delivery.

This will typically be Royal Mail 1st Class (signed for).


We aim to post in-stock items by the next business day.

Dispatch of out-of-stock items

If an item is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed to inform you of the expected delivery date for the missing item(s) to be back in stock.

We will give you the option to

  • Deliver all items together, or
  • Deliver in-stock items immediately, and others when they arrive at us, or
  • cancel the order

In some cases we may be able to arrange for the out-of-stock item to be delivered directly to your home address. In this case we require your permission to share your name & address details with our supplier.

Free local pickup

If you are local to us, you may want to use free pickup from the salon at a prearranged time.


Returning damaged or faulty goods

If goods are damaged or faulty on arrival, we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.

Contact us at [email protected] if you intend to return an item.

Items should be returned exactly as they were received, in their original packaging, well-wrapped, and you should keep proof of posting. Please include a note of your original order number.

Returns postage is at your own cost and risk.  It is important to use a postal method which insures for the full value of the item.

Alternatively, by prior arrangement, you can return the item in person to our studio in Hatfield Peverel.

Returns for other reasons

If you exercise your right of cancellation more than 14 days after receipt of the order, any returned goods must be in perfect resalable condition (all packaging fully intact) and are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.

Any refund can only be made to the card used for the purchase.
