Don’t confuse this treatment with the PRP (plasma-rich protein) or “vampire” facial. Those are about blood; in this treatment plasma refers to ionized gas.

Description

Plasma pen treatment needn’t be scary

You may have considered plastic surgery. In comparison, fibroblasting (Plasma) is:

  • Far more cost-effective than comparable plastic surgery

  • Faster and less invasive than surgery

  • While there is downtime, it is far shorter than surgery

What areas can Plasma Elite treat?

  • Plasma has amazing results for non-surgical blepharoplasty, deep smoker lines, excess skin around the eyes and neck.

  • The application of Plasma induces controlled trauma to the area leading to increased collagen production, and a shrinking and tightening of the skin.

  • This process reduces excess skin and in particular can tighten the eyelid/under eye area for an “eyelid lift”.

    • Note: this is the only procedure apart from plastic surgery which can be performed on the eyelids
  • Scar tissue, lines and wrinkles around the mouth on the neck and anywhere on the skin causing concern.

  • A series of tiny brown spots are strategically placed to attain the desired result for the excess skin. The skin around the spot tightens pulling the cells closer together.

  • It’s non-invasive, safe and gives immediate results.

Is there any downtime?

The amount of downtime depends completely on the client; your skin’s unique healing properties (some of us heal more quickly than others), the area treated, and your determination to follow our aftercare guidance carefully. It is important to realise that it is normal for sensitive areas such as eyelids to become swollen. Also, we would recommend not applying makeup until the the plasma dots have naturally resolved, which may mean for some people that the period of downtime is longer.

NOTES:

We can’t guarantee specific results until we’ve assessed you, as so much depends on your particular skin conditions.
